Orders under £50: £4.99 standard delivery. Orders of £50 or more: Free standard delivery. In-stock orders are normally delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Preorder, personalised and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. Any estimated lead time shown on the product page will apply.

Refunds: For online orders, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 28 days, provided they are unworn, unused and in a new, resalable condition with tags intact. Exclusions: Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. Sealed hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once their protective seal or packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
